When it comes to 21st Century pain management, Laser Therapy creates optimal healing conditions and increases healing circulation. This treatment dramatically helps decrease inflammation, arthritis and pain. It promotes vasodilation and reduces symptoms associated with such conditions as tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, neuromas and is also used to reduce pain and swelling following surgery. Studies show that healing time is accelerated via the use of Laser Therapy.
Positive Effects of Laser Therapy
- Improves and promotes healing by accelerating cell metabolism
- Reduces pain and muscle spasm
- Increases joint flexibility
- Improves peripheral micro circulation
- Detoxifies and helps eliminate trigger points

Benefits to the Patient
- Deep penetration delivers more laser energy to the target tissues
- Faster treatment times
- Effective treatment in approximately 10 minutes
- Faster patient recovery time
For most conditions, we will schedule you for up to 12 10-minute therapy sessions, typically performed two per week. As you improve, the sessions may be spaced a bit farther apart. Treatment is quick and painless. Most patients describe it as a “soothing warm massage”. Treatment is safe. You wear protective safety goggles during treatment to protect your eyes and there are few adverse effects.
Laser for Fungal Nails
We treat fungal nail infections with Laser technology. Typically performed in a single 10 minute session, Laser Therapy offers the latest in treatment options for fungal nail conditions, without the risks and side effects of oral medications. Ideal for fungal infections in children and other patients who cannot or prefer not to take oral antifungal medication. Treatment is safe and painless. We have a low-cost program for additional laser treatments to go along with other follow-up protocols in order to obtain the best results possible in clearing your nails and preventing recurrences of fungal infection.
How long does it take to clear fungus from nails? In other than the most superficial fungal infections, it can take 5-6 months or longer. Treatment by oral medication or laser doesn’t make the fungus “fade”, rather the fungus spores are destroyed whereas the nail has to go through its normal growth cycle to push out the damaged nail. At an average growth rate of 1 mm. per week, it can take many months for the clear nail to become noticeable.
Keryflex is now available for restoration of damaged nails. A resin, far superior to the acrylics and gels provided by nail salons, Keryflex is specifically designed to provide a cosmetic restoration of nails damaged by fungus or injury. It is more flexible than acrylics, is waterproof and has antifungal properties as well. You won’t be left with that ugly green discoloration so often found after using the acrylics from salons. Nail polish can be applied immediately and afterwards it is virtually undetectable–only you will know that there’s Keryflex present. It takes no more than 20 minutes, lasts for 8-10 weeks and it totally painless! For more information about KeryFlex, view our Foot Health Minute and/or demonstration video to see how quickly and easily it can be done..
